As a fitness model, your body is not only your temple, it is actually your source of income. You will have to keep your body in peak physical condition to be a successful model in this competitive industry.
Fitness models have an athletic physique with toned muscles and very little body fat. Some male/female fitness models are bulkier than others; determine how bulky you intend on becoming from the onset.
Join a gym if you haven't already. You will need to spend at least one hour in the gym every day, combining cardio and strength-training exercises, with an emphasis on the latter.[1] If you are seriously considering becoming a fitness model, you should get a personal trainer to help you stay in shape.
Eat clean. Your diet should consist of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Don't eat excess sugar, empty carbohydrates, fried foods, or drink alcohol.
Don't smoke cigarettes or do drugs of any kind, as they will inhibit your performance.

Must be 21-45 or older for consideration. Must be in shape either lean, toned or bodybuilder. Must be able to produce high quality fitness, fitness modeling, aerobic, and gym still photographs that are at least 4.0 mega pixels. Must also be able to create 4:3 fitness and fitness modeling videos that are 5-59 seconds
in length. Currently we are looking for fitness model recruiters/brand ambassadors to do the following:

-Pass out promotional fliers at gyms, health spas, bodybuilding competitions, and other venues

-We are looking for fitness model recruiters (Brand Ambassadors) to also work events that are media-related in order to generate buzz about our website.

-We are looking for fitness model recruiters that are interested in health and fitness and work out at the gym preferably do cardio exercises and weight lifting exercises.

-We are also looking for brand ambassadors to promote some of our events through Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn (optional)

-We looking for brand ambassadors to recruit fitness models (required).

- We are looking for fitness model recruiters (Brand Ambassadors) to jot down contact information on a daily/nightly log of people that they have contacted that would be interested in becoming a fitness model/fit actor/fit actress and looking to be promoted.

-Brand Ambassador's (BA's) must be 21 and over for consideration. Position is very part time.

Fitness models needed for complimentary photo-shoot in the New York City Area on a TBD to be determined date. Photographer will take pictures of the fitness models posing in fitness apparel, business casual attire, casual attire, and athletic gear. Bring up to 3 different outfits. Compensation: TFP (Trade for Print photography). This shoot is a great way to get photos that can be used in the fitness model’s portfolio and in a media kit. Shoot date: TBD. 

The photographer Frankie C. contact information and photo-shoot location is in Soho, New York. The photographer phone number will also be provided.  fitness model release will need to be signed and scanned in and e-mail back prior to the shoot preferably or you can bring three separate copies of the release to the shoot. The photographer’s e-mail address will be provided if you confirm you’re interested. Pictures can be sent via digital content delivery link after the shoot. Fitness models are responsible for doing their own make up. If you can’t do make up don’t worry, still come any Photoshop skin touch ups can be done at a later time.

You will need to spend at least one hour in the gym every day, combining cardio and strength-training exercises, with an emphasis on the latter.[1] If you are seriously considering becoming a fitness model, you should get a personal trainer to help you stay in shape.  Eat clean. Our client Shutter Stock and i Stock Photo is looking for Exercise Videos and High Quality Exercise Photos. Must be 21-45 or older for consideration. Must be in shape either lean, toned or bodybuilder. Must be able to produce high quality fitness, fitness modeling, aerobic, and gym still photographs that are at least 4.0 mega pixels. Must also be able to create 4:3 fitness and fitness modeling videos that are 5-59 seconds in length. ·Images must be at least 2.5MP (2.5 Megapixels/2.5 Million Pixels). To calculate the number of pixels in a photo - multiply the width by the height. For example - a photo that's 1700x1300 is 2.21 million pixels. The minimum size for new photographers is now 4.0MP.

·Images may not be upsized more than 5%

·Images should be correctly exposed and in-focus.

Images can be submitted in digital form only. If you would like to submit film/negatives, you must scan them into a digital format before you submit them. ·Footage must NOT contain any sound bites not produced by the footage producer without a property release from the audio creator.

·Footage should be correctly exposed and in-focus. Audio should be seamless.
